Joseph S. Davidson
About
Joseph S. Davidson is a graduate of Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School and is an attorney at Law Offices of Joseph P. Doyle LLC. Mr. Davidson concentrates his practice in areas of consumer law in class action and individual litigation and arbitration. He has extensive experience in matters involving the United States Bankruptcy Code, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. He has handled hundreds of cases alleging various violations of consumer protection laws and has recovered millions of dollars for consumers nationwide.
He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association. He earned his J.D. in 2010 from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School, and his B.A. in 2005 from Illinois State University. While in law school, he was a member of the Moot Court Board, and had a summer clerkship for Judge Anthony A. Iosco, Circuit Court of Cook County. He is admitted to the Illinois Supreme Court, as well as the following federal courts: United States District Court for the District of Colorado; Central District, Northern District and Southern District of Illinois; Northern District and Southern District of Indiana; Eastern District and Western District of Michigan; Eastern District of Missouri; Northern District of Ohio; Eastern District, Northern District, Southern District and Western District of Texas; Eastern District and Western District of Wisconsin; and United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
